The Knotty Pine Tavern legacy began with the Keller Family, who defined local hospitality for more than 50 years. Decades later, John and Kathy Caulfield continued the tradition of fellowship, adding “On the Bayou” to the name of the establishment along with a menu of fine food that defined their style of cooking. In 2012 they relocated to the current Licking River location, expanding their dream of providing a warm gathering place where guests are treated like family and every dish reflects an authentic Cajun spirit.

 

Today, the well-loved restaurant is cared for by Walt and Debbie Bowser, along with a dedicated team that includes generations of Knotty Pine family and friends.
